PercyFX App Launches on iOS and Blackberry, Melding the Best of Entertainment and Technology for Back to the Future Fans

TORONTO, Ontario – Percy3D Media unveils entirely new native iOS (iPhone, iPad, iPod) and Blackberry apps featuring easy to use, streamlined interfaces for its PercyFX app as it joins creative forces with Universal Studios & Paramount Pictures.

PercyFX melds the best of entertainment and technology together by embedding personalized 3D text into well-known movies like Back to the Future, as if the text were part of the original scene. PercyFX delivers the clip to the mobile device, tablet or social network page (Facebook and Youtube) so it may be shared with friends.

PercyFX initially ran a test launch of the App in July 2011 and the demand was overwhelming with the Back to the Future clips proving to be the most popular by a wide margin. PercyFX is set to release new clips from the BTTF trilogy later this year, working closely with BTTF.com to gain valuable fan insight.

The App is free to download with three free sample clips, users can then choose from a variety of films exclusive to the PercyFX app starting at three for $0.99, with additional volume pricing options available. New clip content will be regularly added, with requests for particular scenes always welcome!
